Story telling

I was born in 1996, the youngest of four girls in a warm and loving family of six.

Growing up, food was always a central part of our household. My parents made sure my sisters and I were nourished with wholesome, balanced meals. While my sisters discovered a passion for basketball early on, I never really liked sports. And I made sure everyone around me would know as well as I told each of them :

Instead, I loved being their supporter in the stands - snacking happily and cheering them on.

''I will never be doing any type of sport when I grow up",

As I grew older, I began to put on more weight. Thankfully, I was never bullied for it, and within my family I was never made to feel different or unworthy because of it.
Still, at some point, my parents started receiving comments from others. Worried about my long-term health, they decided to take me to the pediatrician.

I can still remember sitting in his office as he showed me the food pyramid and listed all the foods "I shouldn’t be" eating. At one point he even said :

"If you eat one croissant, you’ll have to run for an hour to burn off the calories.”

Childhood
That was the first time anyone had labeled me as “overweight,” and he immediately put me on a strict diet.
From that moment on I stopped accepting my body as it was; I always carried the feeling that I wasn’t enough.
I remember avoiding pastries altogether until well into my mid-twenties.
The impact of that early experience was profound. In my 20s, it led me to
restrict entire food groups and push myself into excessive workouts—sometimes training up to three times a day. That moment in the pediatrician’s office marked the beginning of my struggle with body image and self-worth, as his careless words planted the belief that I wasn’t enough.
Today I'm a Registered Dietician, doing the job I've always wanted to do. I know my relationship with food has been a roller-coaster my entire life, but after 26 years, the roller-coaster has finally ended. I have finally found a healthy relationship with food and working out.

Over the years, I discovered a real passion for sports—especially running, swimming, and strength training. This naturally sparked my interest in working with athletes and supporting them with tailored nutrition guidance.

Experiencing firsthand how much impact proper nutrition has on performance, recovery, and injury prevention inspired me to specialize in sports nutrition.

Because of my own past, my approach goes beyond performance. I also support individuals who struggle to find balance between enjoying food, maintaining a healthy weight, and living fully.

My goal is to
guide people toward sustainable results without unnecessary restrictions, but with a focus on confidence, balance, and long-term well-being.

Wearing a size zero should never be considered the gold standard for being beautiful or healthy. I believe that every body type and shape is different and has its own beauty. What matters more than being skinny is being healthy.
