High Protein Chia Pudding

This Chia Pudding is an amazing post-workout snack, high in protein and complex carbs!


Ingredients :


200 g low fat Greek yogurt or SKYR + 4 tbsp milk or plant based alternative

 1 & 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp maple syrup


Additional toppings :


1 tsp cacao powder

1 tsp maple syrup or other sweetener

2 tsp coconut flakes

1 banana

15 g cashew & hazelnuts


Instructions :


1.In a bowl, mix chia seeds, yogurt , milk & maple syrup 

2. Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight

3. Add your toppings just before serving
